We went to Assateague Island, MD, to visit Aunt Julia, Uncle Trevor, and Tirzah - he had such fun at the beach! (There are several pictures, and the last one is a video.)
(Mom is actually holding him to keep him from jumping into the ocean, not to hold him up!)

ohmigosh, what fun. That brings back such great memories of Port Aransas (before the seaweed and the tar balls)! I'm so glad he likes the water and the waves, we will have great fun in the years to come.

What fun to see him discover the ocean and the waves for the first time, the wonder of a child (especially our child!) makes everything seem new and extra special. I could watch this over and over, but I'd better get back to work.
