Family vacation in Williamsburg, VA - Aug 7-12

We went with Uncle Trevor, Aunt Julia, cousin Tirzah and Grandma to Williamsburg, VA, for an extended weekend (we missed you, Grandpa!) We stayed in a cottage and visited the tourist spots - the Virginia Zoo, Colonial Williamsburg, and, of course, spent time at the pool (what vacation would be complete without it!?)

Just like at Christmas, the kiddos cuddled up to whichever grown-up was available...

...Aunt Rachel...

...Uncle Garin...

...Uncle Trevor...

...and Grandma.

These two are thick as thieves - we are going to have to keep an eye on them!

Isaac suddenly decided that he wanted to eat "all by himself"...
...watermelon...

...pizza...

...and corn (he also did this with pancakes).

The Viriginia Zoo:

It's so fun seeing Isaac and Tierza together. I'm so glad he has a little cousin/friend to do family things with. I remember how much I enjoyed playing with my cousins when the families would get together.
